Maryland Modular Designs, Inc. With MMD excavating and installing your Superior Wall Foundation System you will receive the utmost customer service. A representative from MMD will visit your jobsite to view the entire project prior to contract signing. Issues such as clearing, grading, soil conditions, and accessibility will be addressed to avoid costly errors or miscalculations. We will handle all aspects of the foundation process from excavation, material stockpiling, material removal or additional material needed. A stone base will be provided, transportation and setting of foundation walls, stairways, lolly column footers, expansion joint and vapor barrier for slab, slab pouring and finishing. A Foundation Division Sales Associate will provide all details.
